The book inside the retreat

WanderWomen: How High-Skilled Immigrant Women Thrive is the narrative backbone of the weekend. Before you arrive, you’ll receive selected prompts from the book to help you begin reflecting on your own story. During the retreat, we work with the Braving, Building, and Becoming framework through circle, voice, reflection, and integration.

You do not need to have finished the book before you come. It becomes a companion for the questions we explore together.

Three days. One return.

The Weekend Flow

The retreat is shaped by the three movements of WanderWomen: Braving, Building, Becoming. Each day gives you a different way to look at your next chapter: what is calling you, what you have carried, what you are ready to say, and what you now know.

Friday

Arrive. Slow down. Begin.

Not every transition begins with a dramatic decision. Often it starts with a quiet question you’ve been carrying for months.

Friday is about leaving behind the pace of everyday life and arriving fully. Through reflection, conversation and your first WanderWomen Circle, you’ll begin to notice what has been asking for your attention beneath the surface.

You leave the evening with one question:

What season of life am I truly in?

Saturday morning

See your story differently.

Many accomplished women assume that restlessness means something is wrong. More often, it signals that you’ve outgrown an old definition of success.

Drawing on the WanderWomen book, guided coaching and group reflection, you’ll explore the identities you’ve built, the expectations you’ve carried, and the subtle ways you’ve adapted to belong.

Rather than rushing to the next answer, you’ll learn to recognise the season you’re actually living.

Saturday afternoon and evening

Release what no longer belongs to you.

Nature doesn’t bloom all year. It also sheds. This is where the deeper work begins.

Through guided coaching, breathwork, reflection and honest conversation, you’ll begin letting go of the expectations, invisible labour and old stories that have quietly shaped your leadership and your life. The evening closes around the fire, where stories are shared without performance, advice or fixing. Just women witnessing one another with honesty and care.

One question guides the evening:

What am I ready to stop carrying?

Sunday

Return with clarity.

When we stop trying to force the next chapter, clarity arrives more naturally.

Sunday is about integration.

You’ll create your personal New Success Script and your Leadership Manifesto, turning the insights of the weekend into practical decisions you can carry home.

You leave with more than inspiration.

You leave knowing what matters now, what boundaries will protect it, and what your next season is asking of you.

Life doesn’t move in a straight line. Neither does leadership. This weekend is designed to help you recognise the season you’re in, honour it, and return home with greater clarity about what comes next. Every day includes guided journaling, shared meals, unhurried conversation, and space to rest: nature, stillness, circle work, story, and reflection. No networking. No performance.

What You'll Leave With

More than memories.
You leave with
language.

Clarity on the beginning that is calling you now.

A stronger, truer voice for what you want next.

Boundaries that can hold under pressure.

A Personal Leadership Manifesto

"I did not need more advice. I needed a room where I could hear myself again."

Why Shivangi

She has coached and trained leaders across 40+ countries, worked with global organisations, and brings 25 years of leadership work alongside lived experience of reinvention, belonging, and visibility across cultures.

I created WanderWomen because I kept meeting extraordinary women who had done everything right and still felt strangely far from themselves.

— Shivangi Walke, Founder

A sacred pause

You don’t need another room where you have to be impressive.
You don’t need another version of success that costs you your body, joy, or truth.

You may simply need a pause.
A circle. A weekend where you can stop proving and start listening again.
Come as you are. Leave with a clearer voice, a softer body, and a braver relationship to the woman you are becoming.
