Proving to Presence

WanderWomen Retreat

A boutique weekend near Barcelona, for women ready to stop performing strength, remember their voice, and return to themselves.

7th to 9th November 2026 in Barcelona, Spain

A sacred pause for the woman
who has outgrown proving.

Is this for you?

Inspired by the book WanderWomen, this retreat takes place at Can Buch in La Garrotxa, near Barcelona. A quiet setting for nature, reflection, honest conversation, and rest. This is not a retreat for fixing yourself. It is for women who have already achieved, carried a great deal, and are ready to lead from a truer place.

Three days. One return.

The Weekend Flow

The retreat is shaped by the three movements of WanderWomen: Braving, Building, Becoming. Each day gives you a different way to look at your next chapter: what is calling you, what you have carried, what you are ready to say, and what you now know.

Friday

Braving: Arrival, beginning again, crossing the threshold

You arrive as you are, without performance. We soften into landing: tea, quiet, an opening circle, and a story session that roots the weekend in the lived questions behind WanderWomen.

This is the courage to hear the call without immediately turning it into a plan, a pitch, or another performance.

Guiding question: What am I ready to begin, if I no longer need to prove that I deserve it?

Saturday morning

Building: What we carry, create, and care for

We explore the cost of over-functioning and the invisible labour of being “the capable one.” We look at inherited scripts: good woman, successful woman, resilient woman, and how they shape what you tolerate, what you carry, and what you silence.

This is not about doing more. It is about building the structures that let you stop disappearing inside responsibility.

Guiding question: What have I been carrying that is no longer mine to carry?

Saturday afternoon and evening

Becoming: Voice, truth, desire, power

The Enchantress is the part of you that is done performing acceptability. Through movement, reflection, story council, and voice work, we explore where you have shrunk to belong, and what wants to be expressed now.

This is where identity is reclaimed not as a polished brand, but as lived truth.

Guiding question: What truth am I ready to stop hiding from myself?

Sunday

The Crone | Becoming: Wisdom and Integration

Wisdom, integration, return

This is where insight becomes clarity. We work with discernment: the sovereign yes, the sacred no, and a definition of success that no longer costs you your peace.

The Crone is not the end of the story. She is the part of you that knows what matters, what drains you, what restores you, and what must now be lived differently.

You will create:

  • Your New Success Script

  • A Personal Leadership Manifesto

  • A 30-Day Integration Guide

Guiding question: What do I know now, and how will I live from it?

Every day includes guided journaling, shared meals, unhurried conversation, and space to rest: nature, stillness, circle work, story, and reflection. No networking. No performance.
