WanderWomen Retreat Terms & Cancellation Policy
13–15 November 2026 | Can Buch, Catalonia, Spain
Organised by Leading is Learning GmbH
These terms apply to participation in the WanderWomen Retreat. By confirming your place, you agree to the following.
1. Cancellation Policy
Because accommodation, venue, facilitators and other retreat commitments are made in advance, the CHF 500 booking deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel.
If you cancel on or before 10 September 2026, any amount paid above the CHF 500 deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel from 11 September 2026 onwards, all retreat payments made are non-refundable.
No refund is provided for non-attendance, late arrival, early departure or choosing not to participate in part of the retreat.
These terms are subject to any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Transferring Your Place
If you can no longer attend, you may request to transfer your place to another eligible participant until 15 October 2026.
As the retreat group is intentionally curated, any replacement participant must be approved by Leading is Learning GmbH before the transfer is confirmed.
Any additional costs created by the transfer are the responsibility of the participant.
3. Travel & Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Barcelona.
Scheduled group transfers between Barcelona and the retreat venue are included where stated in your booking information.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation or interruption, medical treatment abroad, travel disruption and loss of personal belongings.
If you miss a scheduled group transfer, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for alternative transport to the retreat venue.
4. What Is Included
Your retreat fee covers the accommodation, meals, facilitated programme, retreat materials and scheduled group transfers described in your booking confirmation.
Flights, additional accommodation before or after the retreat, travel insurance and personal expenses are not included unless specifically stated.
5. Health & Participation
The WanderWomen Retreat is a personal development and reflective experience. It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy or a substitute for professional healthcare.
The programme may include group reflection, journalling, gentle movement, breathwork and time in nature.
Participation in individual activities is voluntary. You are responsible for deciding what is appropriate for you and for informing us of any relevant health condition, injury, pregnancy, allergy or other consideration that may affect your participation.
Confirmed participants may be asked to complete a separate health and emergency information form before the retreat.
6. Respect, Privacy & Confidentiality
The retreat is intended to provide a respectful and confidential space.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy and personal stories of other women in the group. Please do not share identifiable information, photographs, recordings or another participant's personal story without her permission.
Leading is Learning GmbH reserves the right to intervene where behaviour seriously compromises the safety or wellbeing of another participant or the wider group.
7. Changes to the Retreat
We may make reasonable changes to the programme, timetable, facilitators, activities or other elements of the retreat where necessary.
If circumstances outside our reasonable control affect the retreat, we will communicate any significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Cancellation by Leading is Learning GmbH
If Leading is Learning GmbH cancels the retreat and no suitable alternative is offered, retreat payments will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Leading is Learning GmbH cannot reimburse independently booked flights, hotels or other personal travel expenses.
This is another reason we strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance.
9. Personal Responsibility
Retreat experiences and outcomes vary from person to person.
Leading is Learning GmbH does not guarantee a particular personal, professional, emotional, health or career outcome from participation.
Any decisions you make during or following the retreat remain your responsibility.
10. Questions or Cancellation Requests
All cancellation and transfer requests must be made in writing.
Please contact: Leading is Learning GmbH | shivangi@leadingislearning.co
The date your written request is received will determine which cancellation terms apply.
By confirming your retreat place, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Retreat Terms & Cancellation Policy.
